• RETAILERS WARRANTY
  Greater Dakota Homes will ensure that your home will be installed according to the manufacturers specifications and local regulations.
  
  Retailer warranties do not cover problems that arise from:
  • owner negligence;
  • failure by the owner to provide notice for service, within the warranty period;
  • unauthorized repairs. 
  • damages due to additions or alterations to home in anyway.

  If you have any concern about what is and isn't covered in the warranty, please ask us.  Do not assume there isn't any obligation from you to keep your home maintained, and that Greater Dakota Homes will fix items not covered under the manufacturers warranty.
